Candidate Recruitment & Vetting Lead

Identify, engage, assess and develop a credible pipeline of prospective AAM candidates.

What you will be responsible for

  • Build and maintain the prospective-candidate pipeline.
  • Coordinate candidate scouting across all nine regions.
  • Prioritise grassroots and MCA candidate recruitment during the initial phase.
  • Capture and maintain higher-office prospects as the pipeline develops.
  • Conduct consistent preliminary assessment.
  • Coordinate vetting and eligibility checks with authorised party structures.
  • Identify geographic and elective-seat recruitment gaps.
  • Maintain accurate candidate status reports.
  • Coordinate candidate orientation and development support.
  • Communicate clearly that recruitment and assessment do not constitute nomination.

  • Confidence approaching professionals, community leaders and entrepreneurs.
  • Recruitment, human resources, governance, organising or related experience is advantageous.
