Before asking for public office, we have been learning, convening, training and building with communities. This is a growing record of work already underway.
Engaging university students at TUK
Visited the Technical University of Kenya to engage university students in civic education and thoughtful participation in public life.
Bringing the movement together
Held the AAM launch event, bringing members together to discuss our vision and spend the day exchanging ideas about the movement we are building.
Helping young voices grow
Through Chilumbo, we visit primary and secondary schools to teach civic awareness, debate and eloquent public speaking.
Preparing values-led aspirants
Our leadership programme prepares leaders and potential aspirants for forthcoming elections in AAM beliefs and values, the Economy and Society, with The Individual expressed through the character of the leader being formed.
Supporting refugee integration and community building
We have worked with Nairobi City County and fellow peace ambassadors on the Nairobi City County Refugee Integration and Community Building Strategy (NCRIS), including engagement in Embakasi Central and Embakasi West.
Creating a platform for youth voices
Through our Nairobi City County relationship, we launched the Project Roar podcast from the One Stop Youth Centre at the County Youth Office.

Restoring economic sanity through political pay reform
Return political office to public service through a lawful, independently costed tiered remuneration reform that protects lower-paid representation and redirects verified savings to essential services.
- Publish a complete remuneration baseline covering taxable salary, allowances, reimbursements, benefits and the number of affected State officers before final figures or savings are claimed.
- Submit a formal evidence-backed proposal to the Salaries and Remuneration Commission under Article 230: a 50% reduction model for the highest political earners and a reduction capped at 20% for State officers earning KSh 200,000 or less.
- Seek consolidation of compensation into a transparent taxable base, removal of duplicative committee payments and strict, receipted limits on mileage and other reimbursements, subject to the Constitution and SRC review.
Use the first 66 days to establish the verified fiscal truth, stop preventable leakage and begin lawful correction—honouring Joseph Murumbi's 1966 example of principled public service and Patrice Lumumba's Pan-African commitment to dignity and public purpose.
Make Kenya a practical engine of African integration: easier lawful movement, value-adding continental trade, connected infrastructure and dignified inclusion for refugees and host communities.
