These programmes translate the movement's founding manifesto into measurable national commitments, aligned with the Constitution, Vision 2030 and Agenda 2063. Local seat pages adapt them to the lawful powers and lived priorities of each jurisdiction.

Restoring economic sanity through political pay reform
Return political office to public service through a lawful, independently costed tiered remuneration reform that protects lower-paid representation and redirects verified savings to essential services.
What AAM commits to
Publish a complete remuneration baseline covering taxable salary, allowances, reimbursements, benefits and the number of affected State officers before final figures or savings are claimed.
Submit a formal evidence-backed proposal to the Salaries and Remuneration Commission under Article 230: a 50% reduction model for the highest political earners and a reduction capped at 20% for State officers earning KSh 200,000 or less.
Seek consolidation of compensation into a transparent taxable base, removal of duplicative committee payments and strict, receipted limits on mileage and other reimbursements, subject to the Constitution and SRC review.
Publish AAM's preliminary KSh 21 billion baseline and KSh 9.5–10 billion annual saving scenario as a model to be independently verified—not as an already audited public-finance fact.
Use the verified fiscal space, through lawful appropriation, for permanent JSS teacher capacity, stronger Community Health Promoter support and health cover for vulnerable households, and improved welfare for police and disciplined services.
Require annual publication of remuneration, benefits, attendance and fiscal impact in reusable data, while protecting legitimate personal information.
Invite every AAM office-holder to sign a lawful public-service remuneration compact and reject benefits outside the approved framework.
