Volunteer leadership opportunities

Help build the team that will organise Kenya.

The Recruitment & Mobilisation Committee (RMC) is being established to build the human and organisational infrastructure required for AAM's national growth. Working across AAM's nine-region structure, the Committee will help develop candidate, volunteer and mobilisation networks from the national level to counties, constituencies, wards and communities.

  • Working arrangement: Hybrid / Remote / Field-based depending on assignment
  • Duration: Initial appointment through the development of AAM’s 2027 mobilisation programme, subject to performance review

  • Initiative and ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Ability to meet agreed targets and deadlines.
  • Basic competence with digital communication and collaborative working tools.
  • Willingness to participate in meetings, training and occasional field activities.
  • Respect for confidentiality, data protection and applicable laws.
  • Willingness to serve the organisation rather than advance personal political ambitions.
  • Previous political-party experience is not required.

Regional representatives connect community realities, volunteer networks and mobilisation progress to one accountable national plan.

Central Regional Representative
