Nyanza Regional Representative

What you will be responsible for

• Develop working knowledge of the region's counties and electoral areas.
• Identify and engage prospective candidates.
• Identify county and constituency organisers.
• Support volunteer recruitment and mobilisation.
• Develop reliable local contacts who can guide field activity.
• Identify people who can introduce or vouch for AAM field teams.
• Help identify suitable premises and community access points.
• Advise on geographic, cultural and logistical considerations.
• Report recruitment and mobilisation gaps.
• Support national RMC teams during regional activity.
• Provide structured field intelligence and progress reports.
• Estimate travel, mobilisation and resource requirements.

• Willingness and practical ability to travel within the region.
• Ability to engage community leaders and ordinary residents.
• Ability to build a network from scratch.
• Good reporting and organisational skills.
• Ability to identify and work with trusted local collaborators.
• Existing contacts are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Field, community, sales, media, NGO, youth, entrepreneurship, faith or civil-society experience is relevant.
