Data, Operations & Logistics Lead

Build the systems through which the RMC understands its people, coverage, field work, resources and progress.

What you will be responsible for

  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards.
  • Track geographic recruitment and mobilisation coverage.
  • Coordinate schedules and field deployments.
  • Plan travel, materials and activity logistics.
  • Prepare and monitor field budgets.
  • Maintain records of authorised representatives and authentication requirements.
  • Compile regional operational requirements.
  • Develop practical solutions for remote and underserved areas.
  • Maintain accurate and secure operational records.
  • Translate geographic and activity information into realistic budgets.

  • Previous political-party experience is not required.

  • Numerical confidence and attention to accuracy.
  • Strong logistical planning and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to coordinate several activities or locations.
  • Operations, logistics, technology, data, supply, finance or project-management experience is advantageous.
