Deputy Chairperson

Serve as the operational second-in-command, translating approved strategy into coordinated national execution.

What you will be responsible for

  • Coordinate functional leads and regional representatives.
  • Track national recruitment and mobilisation targets.
  • Translate approved strategy into weekly and monthly priorities.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate performance reviews and reporting.
  • Chair meetings when the Chairperson is absent or delegates the responsibility.
  • Align candidate recruitment, volunteer mobilisation, regional coordination and training.
  • Ensure regional teams receive the support they need.
  • Escalate strategic, compliance and resource issues appropriately.
