Secretary & Programme Coordinator

Maintain the RMC's institutional memory, administrative discipline and execution rhythm.

What you will be responsible for

  • Prepare meeting agendas and coordinate meetings.
  • Record decisions, minutes and action points.
  • Maintain the master programme calendar.
  • Maintain action trackers and follow up owners and deadlines.
  • Manage official committee correspondence.
  • Compile regional and functional reports.
  • Maintain organised documents and controlled records.
  • Prepare clear progress summaries.
  • Flag delays, incomplete actions and administrative risks.

  • Previous political-party experience is not required.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Strong writing and communication ability.
  • Competence with spreadsheets, documents and collaborative platforms.
  • Professional and persistent follow-up.
  • Ability to manage information securely and accurately.
  • Administrative, project or programme experience is advantageous.
